Ask the Patch Pro: Searching for 'Staycation' Experts

The summer is winding down—most schools start less than a month from now—and that means the window to take a vacation is closing.

With little time to prepare, and likely a desire to not break the bank, many are opting for a "staycation." What's a staycation? Simple, you take a break in your own backyard. 

This summer we debuted our "Ask the Patch Pro" series. With it, we gathered a team of experts to take your questions in the comments. So far, we've gotten advice on and  and . This week, in our Ask the Patch Pro series, we want to talk staycations. 

What are we looking for? People who have pride in our "Patch" cities and can answer questions about their city. What's a hidden gem in your city? What's a cheap way to spend a Friday night? Where is your favorite place to go in the city?
