Jungermann Road Resurfacing Project Underway

Road work between McClay and Willott Road is currently taking place on the St. Peters road.

The  of the Jungerman Road .

Work on the heavily-trafficked  road started last week and continue on for the second week of June. Crews were out Wednesday afternoon working on the replacment of defective concrete slabs between McClay Road and Willott Road. Once the slabs are replaced, the entire surface in this area of Jungermann will be diamond-ground to improve smoothness.

Along with the road work, which the Board of Aldermen approved in May, Jungermann Road will see sidewalk repairs with ADA improvements, curb and gutter replacement, and traffic signal upgrades. Several sidewalks along the stretch have already shown signs of working having taken place.
