Karen has over 20 years
of human resource management experience. Her career has focused on all
aspects of Human Resources including strategically partnering with
business units for organizational design, employee relations,
recruiting, compensation, training and mergers and acquisitions. She
has worked in manufacturing, financial, service, and healthcare
industries. Her professional experience also includes providing
consulting and career coaching expertise to both business and academic
organizations. She has held positions of Sr. Human Resources Generalist,
Director, Human Resources, Vice President Human Resources, Senior
Career Coaching Consultant and Director Recruiting and Retention. Karen
currently holds the position of Director of Recruiting and Retention
for CHAN Healthcare Auditors where she focuses on sourcing and hiring
high quality talent in the healthcare internal audit arena.
