Midwest Nephrology Assoc. Walk Team Trivia Night

Team Midwest Nephrology will hold a Music Trivia Night to support the National Kidney Foundation 2012 Kidney Walk.  Tables are available for $160 for a table of eight.  Attendance prizes, mulligans, 50/50!  Have fun and dress as your favorite musical genre or group.  Beer, soda and water provided, cash bar available.  Please join us for a great cause.  Contact Cassie Trent at (636) 720-0311!
