Grandpa Sexually Touched Granddaughter Over Four-Year Period, Police Say

Micheal Herbert, 62, of Wisconsin, was charged Feb. 28 by the St. Charles County Prosecuting Attorney's Office with first-degree statutory sodomy and first-degree child molestation.

A Wisconsin man is accused of sexually touching his granddaughter, who lives in St. Peters.

Micheal Herbert, 62, of Plover, WI, was charged Feb. 28 by the St. Charles County Prosecuting Attorney’s Office with first-degree statutory sodomy and first-degree child molestation.

St. Peters Police said Herbert had sexually touched his granddaughter, who is 8 years old, over the past four years.

A warrant has been issued for Herbert’s arrest. Bond was set at $50,000, cash only, and Herbert is to have no contact with the victim.
