Police Blotter: Reports from the St. Peters Police Department

Stolen credit cards and store merchandise among items in the latest St. Peters Police Blotter.

The following are selected reports from the St. Peters Police Department for the week of May 20 to May 27, 2011. 

  • Incident No. 11356: Stealing (felony), 4 Mid Rivers Mall Drive, JC Penney. More than 50 articles of clothing were stolen from store, valued at more than $1,000. Three suspects were arrested for thefts. The items were recovered and returned to the store.
  • Incident No. 11426: Property damage/stealing, 300 block of Depot Avenue. Numerous items were stolen from a work van on business property. No suspects.
  • Incident No. 11528: Stealing (felony), 5200 block of Mexico Road. Credit card stolen from unlocked locker at the Rec-Plex. No suspects.
  • Incident No. 11616: Stealing (felony) 500 block of Mid Rivers Mall Drive. Female victim had wallet stolen from purse while shopping at grocery store.  Two suspects were later arrested in connection with this theft.
  • Incident No. 11693: Stealing (felony), 1200 block of Jungermann Road. Coin machine valued at $3,00 was stolen from business. No suspects.
  • Incident No. 11711: Robbery, 200 block of Mid Rivers Mall Drive..
  • Incident No. 11731: Robbery/Stealing, 100 block of Jungermann Road. Female subject had her purse forcibly taken from her as she was walking in the parking lot. Female suspect returned the purse a few minutes later and asked victim not to call the police. Female suspect and male accomplice were later arrested.
  • Incident No. 11784: Stealing (felony), 3000 block of McClay Road. Stereo head unit and DVD/TV combo stolen from unlocked vehicle by unknown person(s).
  • Incident No. 11814: Stealing (felony), 1 Mid Rivers Mall Drive. Laptop computer and prescription medication were stolen from unlocked vehicle on mall lot.
  • Incident No. 11890: Stealing (felony), 1500 block of Garden Valley Drive. Crib stolen by unknown person while in an apartment complex laundry room. No suspects.
  • Incident No. 11943: Stealing (felony), 300 block of Mid Rivers Center. Unknown suspects stole cell phone on display. Cell phone valued at more than $500.
  • Incident No. 11998: Stealing (felony), 200 block of Mid Rivers Mall Drive. Unknown person stolen victim’s credit from an unknown location.  Fraudulent charges were made in other jurisdictions.
