St. Peters Police Blotter: iPhone Taken from Business, Later Returned

Also in the St. Peters crime report, a woman told police her boyfriend pushed her into a TV.

The following are selected reports from the St. Peters Police Department.

• Incident No. 31764: Domestic assault, 300 block of North Church Street. Verbal argument over vehicles with no signs of a physical assault. No prosecution and the report is inactive.

• Incident No. 31802: Domestic assault, first block of Four Winds Drive. A male subject arrested after girlfriend stated he physically assaulted her by pushing her into a TV and knocking her down. The victim had minor injuries, but refused medical attention.

• Incident No. 31804: Stealing felony, 3000 block of North St. Peters Parkway. A 31-year-old male suspect stole the victim's iPhone from bar table after it was left unattended in the business for a short period of time. The suspect returned the phone once he was contacted by our department. Charges are pending through St. Charles County Prosecuting Attorney's Office.
