Suspicious Frisbee Thrower Identified, No Charges Filed

St. Peters Police have decided not to press charges against the man after an incident Sunday in Tanglewood Subdivision.

Police said the subject was found after receiving numerous tips. Once identified, the man cooperated with the investigation. After speaking with the male subject, and investigating the incident, St. Peters Police determined no crime occurred. 

The male has no criminal history and is not on the sex offender registry. Police said the man just relocated to the St. Peters area and was an athletic coach for various children’s sports teams in his prior hometown. The man told police he did not realize at the time how his actions would alarm the young girls.

Since no crime occurred and no charges are being filed, St. Peters Police will not be releasing the name of the subject. St. Peters Police said they feel confident that the male subject was not intending on harming the young girls.
