Aldermen Sworn In For New Terms, Roberts Appointed Board President

Election results approved at April 28, 2011 Board of Aldermen meeting.

It’s official: the incumbents retained their seats in St. Peters.

The results of the April 5 election were certified Thursday night at the St. Peters Board of Aldermen meeting. Municipal Judge Donald Kohl, and the four Aldermen—Dave Thomas (Ward 1), Judy Bateman (Ward 2), Gus Elliott (Ward 3) and Don Aytes (Ward 4)—were approved and sworn in to serve another term.

With the new terms starting, the Board needed to decide on a new President and make committee appointments. At the work session, the Board decided on these appointments.
