McDonald's, Landscaping and a Carnival Set for Planning and Zoning Meeting

June's meeting of the St. Peters Planning and Zoning Commission will feature plenty of home occupation requests and more.

The  Planning and Zoning Commission will have plenty to tackle Wednesday night at its June meeting.

The agenda for June's meeting  features eight home occupation permit requests (one old and seven new), three use approval requests, two public hearings and, to close things out, one site plan review.

The lone site plan on the agenda is for a proposed McDonald's. The plan calls a new restaurant located in Ward 4 on the east side of Harvester Road, south of Highway 94. McDonald's website shows that five locations exist in the 63376 area code

R&R Sports Massage and Kenneth Farwell will be the two public hearings. R&R Sports Massage is requesting a special use permit for a therapeutic massage facility located on the east side of Spencer Road, south of Mexico Road (221 Spencer Road). Kenneth Farwell wants a special use permit in the SD Special Old Town Overlay District for a restaurant located on the south side of Main Street, west of Church  Street, more commonly known as 100 Main Street.

Of the eight home occupation requests, two are for landscaping. Other home occupation requests include online sales, handicrafts and tax consulting.
