PNZ To Hold Public Hearings on a Cell Phone Tower, Trailer Usage

The St. Peters Planning and Zoning Commission will meet at the 6:30 p.m. on Wednesday, July 6, 2011, at the Justice Center.

A site plan and a public hearing about a cell phone towers are just a few of the items on the agenda for the St. Peters Planning and Zoning Commission meeting.

At 6:30 p.m. on Wednesday night—the first Wednesday of July—the Commission will convene for their regular monthly meeting. 

After a brief meeting in June, the Commission has just 11 items to tackle for July. The Commission will hear one item of old business, three home occupation requests, two other requests, two public hearings, two record plats and one site plan.

One of the other requests involves requesting permission to have a motorcycle show and Villas at Arden Forest is requesting a PUD amendment.

The first public hearing is from St. Charles Tower for a special use permit for a telecommunications tower. The other hearing is and update to Title IV Land Use (Chapter 405) of the St. Peters Municipal Code. This hearing deals with the use of trailers by residents, something the Board of Aldermen discussed at a recent meeting.
