A short voting agenda will greet the St. Peters Board of Aldermen as the return to the Justice Center for the first meeting of 2013.
After back-to-back months of just one meeting, the board gets back to its two-a-month program on Thursday night. As usual, the board will have a work session at 5 p.m. followed by the regular meeting at 7 p.m.
Thursday's work session will feature several items up for discussion. The board will get an update on the I-70 Shoppers Fair CPD, which was recently discussed at the January meeting of the Planning and Zoning Commission.
Also up for discussion are:
- The board will discuss entering an agreement with St. Charles County to match funds for a Salt Lick and Mexico Road Improvement Project.
- A proposed change to city code is also up for discussion.
- The board will discuss a contract renewal for Stewardship and Habitat Management Services.
Following the work session, the board will enter it's regular meeting. Only four items are up for vote—two resolutions and two bills.
Board of Aldermen meetings and work sessions are broadcast on Charter Cable channel 992 and U-Verse channel 99. Replays of the meetings are played periodically throughout the month. Board of Aldermen meetings are also available online to view live or on demand.
