Community Update

Just relaying my boyfriend's experience here since he doesn't do reviews. He had used Sederburg for his new business quarterly and 1040 needs for a couple years and got fed up with the impersonal service and incompetence. The owner would talk to him (in between constant interruptions) and say one thing, then not deliver. We found errors with their work and the would just act like it wasn't any concern of theirs. My BF said that once when he was in the 94 office he stood at the front counter for over 10 minutes while the person behind the desk ignored him. Sooo we finally went elsewhere. Sederburg has had more than 3 strikes against it; we've been very fair at giving them multiple opportunities to make good but to no avail.
