St. Charles County YMCA Seeks Volunteer Youth Sports Coaches
Check out five ways to give back in the St. Peters area and beyond.
- The St. Charles County YMCA, located in St. Peters, seeks volunteers to help coach youth sports programs including basketball, soccer, baseball, flag football and volleyball. For more information, head here.
- Organizers for the annual Race for the Rivers, a canoe race held in Aug. 24 in Frontier Park in St. Charles, are looking for volunteers to serve as gate guards who would tell people alcohol is not allowed in or out of the festival. Contact greenwaynetwork@gmail.com to sign up to help.
- The Lustgarten Foundation is looking for volunteers to help put on the St. Louis Pancreatic Cancer Research Walk on Sept. 7 in historic St. Charles. Register to volunteer on the walk website.
